Greenish-yellow color and complex aroma, from exotic and white-fleshed fruits, with grapefruit and peach predominating, and with a subtle sense of "minerals", thanks to Assyrtiko, which in the mouth, with its characteristic nervousness, gives it freshness and a long duration aftertaste. Its aromatic richness and freshness of taste emerge at 9-11oC. As an accompaniment, we recommend dishes with seafood and shellfish, pasta with white sauces, white meats and salads.
