Blonde color with shades of sand. On the nose, it departs from the classic aromas and leads to more complex aromas reminiscent of herbs, ripe and dried exotic fruits such as papaya, mango and yuzu, as well as secondary aromas with notes of green fruits. The mouth is dominated by the rich flavor volume and lively freshness, dressed with aromas of bergamot, citrus and yuzu lemon, giving a subtle sweet finish in its aftertaste, which invites you to empty your glass.
Accompany it with milk veal, brisket, goat, poultry, risottos and pasta with vegetables or saffron, cured meats and rich creamy cheeses, carbonara and lemony baked goat or fricassee.
