It was created from the Pinot Noir variety, which is cultivated in the coolest part of the Estate.
For its vinification, pre-fermentative extraction is carried out at 6 o C for one week and classic red vinification follows. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, it is taken to French oak barrels, where the malolactic fermentation takes place and remains for aging for 12 months.
Its color is purple, while on the nose the aromas of red fruits with an emphasis on cherry and berry are combined with aromas of spices and vanilla.
In the mouth it is pleasant, with velvety tannins, good acidity and a long aftertaste. A wine that can be consumed immediately, but also within the next 5 years from its birth.
C is served at 16-18.
It accompanies pasta with rich, white cream sauces, but also red spicy sauces, stewed meats with spicy sauces, but also Asian cuisine.
