It is produced from the marriage of the cosmopolitan and aromatic variety Sauvignon Blanc and our own exuberant Assyrtikos.
After a few hours of pre-fermentation extraction, the grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
Its color, pale greenish-yellow, with intense clarity.
Its nose impresses with the bundle of aromas that highlight its diverse character. Intense aromas of tropical fruits, grapefruit, alternate with notes of citrus fruits, lemon in a combination that stimulates our senses. Its taste is rich, full, harmonious, with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and a great aromatic aftertaste.
It is served at 10 o C and is best consumed within 2 years.
It accompanies fried or grilled fish, varieties of seafood, green salads with fresh and dried fruits, grilled vegetables and varieties of white cheeses.
