Red, dry, lively red color with purple highlights. Thick and intense aromas of strawberry, cherry and fresh forest fruits. Silky and persistent mouthfeel, balanced acidity and round tannins, with a long aftertaste.
It is ideally combined with grilled meat, pasta with red sauce, cheeses and spicy sausages.
Ideal serving temperature: 14°C. During the summer months, if conditions warrant, refrigerate before serving.
