Chocolate bio Pastelion is a soft & healthy pastel (45g) made of organic almonds, organic honey, organic chocolate and organic dried fruits wrapped in sesame.
Honey is not baked keeping all its nutritional value (because at a temperature above 40 degrees it loses all its nutrients). At the moment it is the only pasteli that is released with uncooked honey, and this makes it soft and extremely nutritious.
