White, dry, combination of Chardonnay, grown locally and Malagouzia, one of the most aromatic Greek varieties.
Color straw blonde with greenish highlights. Intense nose with aromas reminiscent of green apple, ripe pear, pepper and fresh aromatic herbs. Mouth with a rich volume and perfect taste balance thanks to its crisp acidity, dressed with fatty notes that refer to the presence of Chardonnay. Rich aromas on the palate against a background of green fruit and lemongrass, with spicy elements on the finish.
It accompanies sashimi and sushi, seafood or fish carpaccio, grilled poultry, curry brisket, fried rabbit, seafood pasta, asparagus risotto, roasted peppers and green salads with aromatic herbs.
