It is produced from the Merlot variety with a small presence of the Agiorgitikou variety.
Classic red vinification with long extraction is followed. After the end of malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels, where it completes its rich character.
It has a dense black-red color and aromas of red fruits, plum and stone cherry, which alternate harmoniously with notes of cedar, spices, vanilla, bitter chocolate and nutmeg.
In the mouth it is rich, with generous robust tannins, very good structure and an intensely fruity and long aftertaste.
A long aging wine, served at 16-18 oC .
It accompanies grilled and stewed meats with spicy sauces, veal noir and fatty cheeses.
