The fruity character of Chardonnay with pineapple, banana, apple and pear is uniquely married with the ripest characters of peach, apricot and Malagouzia orange. The acidity of Chardonnay is balanced by the softer and more pleasant in the mouth Malagouzia. Full mouth that follows the nose with intense aroma and sweetness.
With food according to the color shades such as fish, shellfish, shrimps, crayfish, chicken, turkey, milk beef and with white or light colored sauces.
