Typical Sauvignon Blanc with an exotic character from the cold region of Amyntaio. Light lemon-green color on the face, on the nose it constantly transforms and presents aromas of green peppers, unripe melon, notes of grass and asparagus. In the mouth, creamy, refreshing, with a rich volume, accentuated acidity and duration.
Balanced and elegant with exotic aromas and refreshing acidity, it goes well with salads, fish and vegetable dishes but is also enjoyed as a cool aperitif.
