It was created from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties with a small contribution of Agiorgitikos.
Classic red vinification is followed with extraction that continues even after the end of alcoholic fermentation. After the end of malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
It has a deep purple color, to black-red.
On the nose, aromas of red fruit, gooseberry and spices emerge along with notes of vanilla, cedar and milk chocolate.
In the mouth it is rich, exuberant, well-structured, with velvety tannins, which give it a long aftertaste and great aging potential.
A wine that can be consumed today, but also in the future, aging for several years.
Try it at 18 o C.
Goes well with red meats, barbecued or oven-roasted, pork roll, sausages, cured meats and soft cheeses.
