Red, dry, agiosperm, with intense aromas of red fruits, nuts and sweet spices with a hint of vanilla on the finish. Dry, with balanced acidity, and soft, velvety tannins. It can be consumed pleasantly from its young age but also aged from 3 to 5 years. Ideal combination with food such as meat dishes with light red sauces, white meats (e.g. chicken with noodles), juvecchi with aubergine puree, octopus in wine.
