It was created from the Chardonnay variety with a small presence of Assyrtiko to give it freshness and coolness.
After the pre-fermentation extraction, the Chardonnay is fermented in new oak barrels, where it remains for a few months with the lees, so that it completes its rich character and acquires an oily taste.
On the contrary, Assyrtiko is fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving its vitality and giving the wine a touch of freshness.
Its color is straw yellow with green highlights.
Its nose is expressive with aromas of ripe fruits such as melon, apricot, pineapple and notes of lemon, minerals and flowers, in an elegant environment of vanilla and hazelnut praline.
Rich in the mouth with a creamy texture, exuberant, with a very good structure.
Its acidity provides freshness, balances its sweetness and gives it elegance.
Intense aftertaste with hints of fruit, cedar and vanilla.
Enjoy it at 12 o C now and for several years since its birth.
It accompanies fatty fish, pasta with creamy sauces, risotto with white sauces, poultry dishes and mature cheeses.
