Strong and pleasant foaming, consisting of small bubbles, which highlights the aromatic character of the wine. Apricot and peach aromas from Chardonnay and floral notes from Xinomavro and Roditis, compose an intense and complex aromatic character, which balances with the freshness of the wine and is emphasized by the lingering finish.
