It is the result of the combination of two excellent varieties, Assyrtikos and Semillon (Bordeaux variety), which are planted in the hottest and most barren part of the Estate's vineyard, on the slopes of Mount Pangai.
The aromatic expression of Semillon, with its great aging potential, is harmoniously complemented by the strength, structure and exceptional acidity of Assyrtiko.
After a short period of pre-fermentation extraction of the grapes, it is fermented in French oak barrels. Its stay for a few months in its wooden (oak) residence and its contact with the lees highlight its varietal character and give it a rich and complex taste.
It has a bright yellow color with slight green highlights.
Its nose is refined, expressive, with aromas of apricot and honey coexisting with notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. All of the above is surrounded by a delicate barrel feel with hints of nuts and vanilla.
Its rich, complex, complex taste perfectly balances with the richness of aromas of fruit, honey, nuts and its refreshing acidity.
It can be aged up to 8 years, where it develops a special oiliness and an excellent bouquet of aromas.
Enjoy it at 12 o C.
It accompanies large grilled fish, seafood risotto, sushi, stuffed duck or turkey, rich cheese soufflé.
