Typical, classic wine of Naoussa. Deep red with a strong personality. A rich bouquet of ripe red fruits, blackberry and plum emerges, coexisting with sun-dried tomato and aromas of aging, cinnamon and wood. It has a rich body, good balance and structure, with soft tannins on the finish.
Pairs well with red meat dishes such as pork with sun-dried tomato and cheese, lamb in a wood-fired oven, braised veal with pine nuts and raisins. Pasta with red spicy sauces. Yellow cheeses, such as parmesan and feta. Served at 16-18 °C.
