Evangelo is the combination of the red variety Syrah and the white Viognier.
The blending of the two varieties takes place in 40 hL Burgundy oak tanks. The joint extraction gives the wine a stable color, a soft taste and a rich aromatic character. Malolactic fermentation follows in the same tanks and then matures in French oak barrels.
It is a fine wine, which combines intense varietal aromas, but at the same time also the rich taste of aging wines.
Served at 16–18 °C.
Winged game, poultry cooked in wine sauce, grilled red and white meats.
