After a short extraction of the grapes at a low temperature, it is fermented in stainless tanks at 18 o C.
It has a bright pomegranate color and a rich aroma of red fruits, strawberry, cherry and blueberry.
It is rich, balanced with excellent structure and full flavor. Its cool acidity combined with its fruity character give it a long and aromatic aftertaste.
Try it cool at 10 o C in the first two years of its age.
It accompanies oysters, crayfish, lobsters and shrimps, seafood pastes, but also sauteed mushrooms, ladera and various charcuterie.
