Deep red in appearance, with an exuberant aromatic character, a combination of notes of tobacco, vanilla and caramel, which stand out against a background of ripe red fruits and chocolate. The full mouth has volume, rich structure, but also a delicious acidity, which results in a lingering, spicy aftertaste.

It is an excellent accompaniment to baked lamb, roast beef, red game, grilled pork, meat pies and generally what is needed is food that is intense in flavor and rich in texture.
